刘舒天，男，北京语言大学国际关系学院讲师，北京大学外交学专业博士。2010年9月至2016年7月，在国际关系学院国际政治系取得本科和硕士学位；2016年9月至2022年7月，在北京大学国际关系学院外交学系攻读博士学位。2019年9月至2020年8月，在康奈尔大学政府系中国与亚太研究项目访学。研究方向为对外政策分析、外交沟通、中美关系与美国对华政策。学术作品发表在《外交评论》、《国际政治科学》等中文核心期刊上。
