张劲松,原籍安徽省肥西县,博士、教授、博士生导师,博士后合作导师,教育部新世纪优秀人才,国务院特殊津贴专家。现为北京语言大学信息科学学院教授,语言资源高精尖创新中心首席专家。北京语言大学校学术委员会委员(2015-),历任人才、教学、科研专门委员会主任,信息科学学院学术委员会主任(2015-)。曾任职教育部人文社科重点研究基地对外汉语研究中心、中国科学技术大学、日本国际电气通信基础技术研究所、日本情报通信机构等教学科研院所。全国人机语音通讯会议指导委员会学术交流组长,日本NiCT海外A级研究员。主要从事语音技术及智能语音教学技术等方向研究,主持和参与了包括中国国家自然科学基金、国家社科基金、教育部人文社科重点基地重大、国家语委、语言资源高精尖创新中心、日本总务省等部门支持的多项科研项目。在国际、国内发表学术论文200余篇,其中SCI/SSCI/CSSCI/EI/CPCI收录百余篇,申请/获得国外内国内科技发明专利十余项。
